We went to Orem for the blessing of Joel's buddy from Hawaii's new baby. I wasnt feeling so good. Joel made fun of my drugged induced serenity that showed on my face and then elbowed me in that face, make that the nose.....hard. Twice.
In his defense he was just trying to put his arm around me.
But he did laugh.
Okay maybe I did too.

i cannot tell you how many times matthew has done that exact thing to me. always in church, too.
something about those pews and how you have to sit kind of sideways to be comfortable-ish.
Amateurs, all of them. There's an extra lift just at the right point to avoid the nasal collision.
