So I recently have taken to vitamin supplements again. The vitamin and I have been estranged for some time now as my stomach feels a wretched mess when I take them. But my dear sister Jessica, as she is known to do, has convinced me of something new that will come to my physical aide. I usually trust her insight as the girl collects diseases and odd medical phenomenons, and has spent many a time consulting with doctors. So her new thing is glutton. She's going glutton free, due to this book she's reading that apparently I need to as well. Reportedly, many have allergies or sensitivities to glutton that can prompt many health problems as well as general feel yuckiness. Many symptoms that relate to issues that I have just learned to deal with. Tal como....Absorbing vitamins.
Just in case you were wondering, I'm not going glutton free just yet (it's a lot of work). Jess is going to be the guinea pig, but I thinks she's waiting to see how her friend that turned her on to this book does. In the meantime, taking extra vitamins couldn't hurt. Specially seeing how I kinda stopped eating for a while (not all together, just lost my appetite) and my nutrition level seemed to take a nose dive. I got extremely lethargic and spacey. So I am now taking these nasty horse pills and feeling better. But I'm not liking it. Because they leave a nasty taste/feeling in my mouth on down. And don't take them with blueberry tea, because they then just taste worse and you may come near to scalding your throat in the process.
Side note: I really have no clue what I'm talking about.

there's nothing worse than Vitamin B. yuk...just the thought of it alone makes me shiver. Gluten free, huh? does that mean all bread products? i gotta have bread people! is Gluten derived from the word Glutton? Could there be a sick and depressing correlation?
by the way...did jessica sell her house and get a new one?
Gluten free....as in wheat stuff and everything. Hard. But a lot of the common side effects are the chronic health conditions that Jess has. The book says we just usually count has genetic inheritances what might be a reaction to an allergy. So worth looking into.
Jess hasnt moved. Their house is still on the market. She's just a blog slacker.
going glutton free? Thanks for the mis-spell. My office mates had to ask me why I was giggling so hard. The truth is.... I need to go glutton free, especially on the gluten rich foods. So Would that be a gluten glutton free diet? Or could I still be a gluten-free glutton? and just eat inordinate amounts of fruits, vegetables and vitamins. (yuck-which I am force feeding myself due to the serious iron deficiency I've been living with)
glut·ton( P )Pronunciation Key (gltn)
n.
A person who eats or consumes immoderate amounts of food and drink.
A person with an inordinate capacity to receive or withstand something: a glutton for punishment
glu·ten ( P ) Pronunciation Key (gltn)
n.
A mixture of plant proteins occurring in cereal grains, chiefly corn and wheat, used as an adhesive and as a flour substitute
You are very very velcome. I don't check the spelling on these things for one purpose and one purpose only: your amusement.
don't you wish we pronounced vitamins like the Brits?
Vit-ah-mins. I dig it.
We don't? I was under the impression that we did. At least I know I do.
I'm lethargic and spacey but I can't give up the gluteous. Gluton. Gluten. The gluten that glutemizes my gluteous.
