But good debt. It's a good investment. I'm establishing credit. I SWEAR. Yeah, so I bought a couch, and not just a couch, but a loveseat, super awesome comfiest of chairs and matching ottoman...for a killer price. Saved $2,000 from the original price, so that's good. And they are pretty classic, and dark brown and leather and beautiul with baseball stiching. And are going to look soooo much cooler in my apartment than in this picture. So you best come over and see. Because now I have optimal seating and a comfortable couch to sleep on if needs be. They were delivered this morning, and the poor deliverers about killed themsselves coming up the mountain that is our stairs. But oh so gracious about it. They were from Tijuana and Haides, and just lovely people. So come sit on my furniture. It's new! In fact, we are having a party to celebrate the start of the new Survivor just so we can have people over to do something because, 1) our apartment is pretty lonely, and 2) I'm spending enough dough on this stuff, someone might as well use it. So Thursday at 7pm. BE THERE. (Even if you really could care less about the new Survivor as I, but will end getting all into it by the end because you don't want the stupid jerkface to win.)

I hate when jerkface wins.
Isnt that the worst? Almost as bad as when your sister comments on your post and says NOTHING about her new furniture (I know, it's not quite as cool as yours, but what's a girl gonna do?)
Man, I'm jealous! You have excellent taste, Sarah. Oh how I wish I could rest my behind on your beautiful leather couch...
Thank you so much Mandy. You're too kind. does anyone still call you Mandy?
I call her mandy. and i too ADORE your furniture. i wish i could buy some just like it. i am in the market for furniture right now as a matter of fact. come and be my decorator...PLEASE!
I JUST LOOKED AT IT AGAIN IN THE PICTURE AND IT'S JUST SIMPLY STUNNING!
Sorry, bear. IT IS SOOOOOO COOL. I think it is actually as cool as my couch. Which, by the way, might be broken. Ha. Hellllo couch number 9! Only they don't make it anymore. So it will actually be couch number 8, fixed. Love our luck. oh and our heater broke 5 times in the last month, and our washer broke a couple of days ago. Sorry, this turned into the Dickerson Luck post.
Thank you all! I just found out a friend from the mission is getting married in the Fresno temple and am oh so tempted to use it as an excuse to visit. (I havent beent here since I was 17). Im not the best decorator, but i have fun. Am so looking forward to actually arranging the stuff tonight when i get home.
And Nina, you forgot to mention what number bed you are on. :)
ha, bed number 4. At least Pottery Barn has excellent customer service. The lady we have been working with even said she has NEVER seen such a messy order, not anything like it. She said "Bless you and your wife." That's how bad of luck we have.
That's what you get for doing business with Pottery Barn. That's why I stick to Wal-Mart. No disapointments there.
Bless you.
I heart Target.
So do I. Just have lower expectations at Walmart, so no disapointment. Walmart actually stresses me out. But Target is dangerous. Especially when one has a Target card. Good thing it takes me half hour to get there.
ohhh the coveted Target card...no, that would be big trouble for me.
Every time I hear those words..."Would you like to open a Target account today and get ten percent off?"
I stare like a deer in the headlights for about 5 seconds before I force myself to say no.
One small victory at a time.
I miss Kim! and I want a new couch and look, mandy is all grown up. I feel soooo out of it. I will sit upon my 17 year old leather couch that is old ugly and broken and watch survivor as a party of one human, 2 cats and a puppy.
Oh Mommy, the couch was beautiful in it's prime. And you are still beautiful. Everyone says so. Have a Survivor party with Nina, Matthew, Bailey and Daddy (and Roxy,Jack, and Chloe of course)Let's go visit Kim.
