Whoo-hoo! I mean, who else can say they are turning 26 in 2006...other than the many many born in 1980! I saw a T-shirt a while ago that said "Made in the 80's" I still want it. But all that aside...New Year's was good. Went out to eat with my roommate and saw The Family Stone which was quite enjoyable 1) Because I have a girly crush on one Luke Wilson and 2) because I laughed, I cried, I was entertained. Then we went home shortly before midnight, I desperately needed to visit the little girl's room and there I sat as I heard the drunken party in the neighboring house yelling the countdown to the new year. Priceless.
So the new year is off to a good start. I decided to be more organized. And it's going well. I stayed up till 5am on new years assembly the shelves I purchased for my closet and weeding out clothes (some that I have had since Clovis days) and purging my two closets of clutter. Felt so good. Know what else feels good? Actually sleeping at night. Try it.
And the midwife at the clinic told me that this year was going to be better than last. No ending it in goofiness (ie: having two emergency heart surgeries). and then she stated "and you are going to find prince charming. It's not a bad thing Sarah."
I never said it was. Why do people think I'm entirely opposed to living happily ever after? I'm just....patient? I hear it's a virtue of some sort.
Happy New Year!

Well, I can say I am turning 22 in 2006. Oh my gosh, I am only going to be 22? Does that sound weird to you, Sar? Cause I swear I was 22, like 3 years ago. Where did my young adulthood go?
That's funny because I coulda sworn that you were 12, like 3 years ago. Are you sure that you're going to be 22? That makes me.....old....er.
