So I am going to have a second run on this. Upon reading the previous post not only did I encounter many grammatical errors but realized that I had cheated most terribly. I can't state the obvious, ie family is off limits. Obscure personality quirks and such are fair game. Besides which the last one was kinda pathetic, kind of like the fact that I am spending time actually doing this, but it's fun! In my head.
1. Chair dancing (in swivel chairs only)
2. Swirling around purposefully in swivel chairs retrieving files and such making me feel oh so professional.
3. Swimming in my sheets (for you jess)
4. Rubbing soft/smooth objects, usually my own hair against my lips
5. The look of shock on one's face upon learning that I, in fact, have never had braces. It's true.
6. Paige and I discussing our very non politically correct name for our big lips.
7. Having my smile complimented (my one guilty pleasure)
8. The first sip of a really good diet coke (not too carbonated and just enough syrup) sad
9. Drumming my fingernails on the top of a soda can
10. The sound of high heels on a hard floor
11. Being barefoot under my desk and no one knowing
12. Dad twirling my hair
13. gidget falling asleep on my neck/chest with her loud motor of a purr
14. gidget jumping on my shoulder, sitting like my own personal parrot, watching the imaginary bugs on the sealing. schizo.
15. People confident enough with themselves to care about others
16. Really wholesome people letting an innocent swear word slip
17. Closing movie credits. Something so nostalgic about it.
18. Watching movie previews never seen before in the theatre
19. Waking up in a tent
20. punny puns
21. Wandering aimlessly in a huge store all by my lonesome
22. A lazy day of garage sailing
23. Going to DI for no reason whatsoever
24. Being woken by the sun
25. Voluntarily going to bed at a decent hour for once
26. Falling asleep reading and then waking up in the middle of the night to read some more
27. knowing exactly how much money I have
28. Old faded signs painted on the sides of brick buildings
29. The pink frankenbike parked on the corner of a street in my neighborhood
30. Rusty things
31. The first day of a new class
32. Registering for new classes that I don't necessarily need to take
33. Shakespeare being performed/read really well
34. Dad quoting Macbeth
35. Grandpa speaking to me in five different languages at once
36. and calling me sariah
37. and giving really wise advice
38. Tree canopied streets
39. Anticipating the fall
40. The first hour of a road trip
41. Finally getting there
42. Folding freshly dried laundry
43. Vacuuming
44. Making a huge mess while cooking
45. Singing all the lyrics to a song I didn't realize I knew
46. Using a really big word in context that I didn't realize I knew
47. Finishing a project
48. Using lots n lots of pepper
49. Eating at a new restaurant
50. The rhythm of my feet hitting the pavement as I run
51. Finding new muscle definition
52. Taking off my shoes after a really long day
53. The really tired feeling after camping
54. Taking a really long shower after camping/hiking
55. Getting a second wind
56. Being super loopy while sick and or medicated
57. Making Gracie say "Sawah" over and over and over again
58. Getting voice mail from my nieces
59. Listening to my nieces pray
60. Realizing one of my million plans
61. Biting my lip just for the heck of it
62. Wearing ridiculous shoes
63. Grocery shopping... The promise of a really great new highly nutritional diet
64. Buying produce off a streetside stand
65. The first glimpse of the ocean when driving into a coastal town
66. Making it across a really big bridge. whew.
67. Newly met kindred spirits
68. Reading a little in a hammock and sleeping and daydreaming a whole lot
69. The first page of a first chapter of a new book
70. Finding little artifacts hidden in books used as bookmarks once upon a time
71. Old used books with a history
72. The smell of old books
73. The sounds of cars driving in the rain
74. Seeing someone overcome seemingly impossible odds
75. Seeing someone realize their potential
76. Car talking into the wee hours of the morning
77. Going to sleep with the security of someone I trust in the next room
78. Slumber parties (yes, I am 12 years old)
79. Really intense movies
80. The feel of a big camera in my hand
81. The sound of a shutter closing and film advancing
82. The smell of developing chemicals that stays on my hands for days
83. Poppy music that I hate taking me back to the high school dark room in an instant
84. Feeling really independent
85. Knowing exactly what I'm talking about
86. Being able to admit I'm wrong with minimal pain
87. Helping those who don't expect handouts
88. Speaking Spanish perfectly without having to think about it
89. Being able to distinguish accents, even within a foreign country
90. Being at the library for no reason whatsoever
91. Being okay with my current state and where I'm going
92. Being single, today
93. Having plans tonight
94. Not having plans for once
95. Forming a complete sentence while talking to someone I am attracted to (it can be difficult)
96. Speaking in public and not turning red (rare occurrence)
97. Telling embarrassing stories and personal quirks to perfect strangers
98. Feeling like a race car driver while driving my sad little manual car named turbo
99. The fact that turbo looks grumpy because his front bumper frowns. It makes me smile.
100. Finishing what I started.
