So I am looking for a job seeing that mine will be over come March 9. It is something that I loath but have come to realize that it can be so refreshing. I mean the possiblilties are endless. Well, they end somewhere due to lack of experience or education, but I'm working on that. So I think that I have decided that among other things that I still would like to pursue, I want to be an event coordinator. Preferably organizing fundraising events for deserving nonprofit organizations. Most oppurtunities out there do require a degree, so I guess I will have to stop dragging my feet and get one already. First there is the issue of paying the bills come March, but at least I have something to work towards. I feel like such a copycat given that my roommate works as a job developer at a nonprofit, but it has been a breath of fresh air helper her translate for some of the refugees they work with. Somewhat reminisant of the mission. I think I have just had a hard time getting excited about any line of work that isnt missionary work since I came home a whole year and a half ago. So what better thing to do than something I enjoy while working for a worthy cause? I guess I have got some work to do so I better stop typing and get on it.
